Medialife strengthens its foundation with management’s integration into shareholders structure

The management team at Medialife is taking a major step in solidifying and growing the company. Deborah Vochten, who has been with Medialife for 11 years and is currently the Chief Operating Officer, and Stijn Martens, recently appointed Chief Revenue Officer, are now joining the shareholders structure of the holding company above Medialife, which includes The Poolhouse and Eburonen.

This decision highlights the ambition to continue driving the sustainable growth of the group. “It’s a natural next step,” says founder and CEO Frederik Knapen. “Deborah and Stijn play a crucial role in both the daily operations and the strategic direction of Medialife. By making them shareholders, we’re securing that commitment in a structural way.”

“This step validates our growth ambitions,” adds Jesse Claes, co-founder of Medialife. “Over the past years, we’ve consciously focused on complementary teams, cross-pollination, and innovation. With this anchoring, we’re setting a solid foundation for the future.”

Synergy as a growth engine
Medialife, together with The Poolhouse and Eburonen, forms part of a creative holding company. The businesses complement each other within their respective fields of expertise. Actively involving management in the shareholding strengthens the interaction between the companies and makes the collaboration a lasting one.

“We’re actively looking for opportunities where our expertise can complement each other,” says Stijn Martens. “The power of this group lies in the diversity of talent and disciplines, as well as in the fact that we share the same vision on creativity, quality, and sustainability.”

From pioneering to sustainable integration
Since its founding, Medialife has grown into a leading multimedia production house with offices in Hasselt, Antwerp, and Leuven. The recent integration of Jack & Charlie and the addition of new leadership are a testament to the company’s ongoing growth and professionalization. “After eleven years, this feels not only like a confirmation of how much Medialife values its people, but also as the next step in my personal journey at Medialife,” says Deborah Vochten. “I’ve seen the company grow up close, and I’m incredibly proud of where we are today and what we still have in store. Together with the entire team, we’re continuing down a path fueled by passion, vision, and ambition. Here’s to the future!”
