Recruiting new talent can be done the boring way. Or you can shake things up. Fluvius went for option two. Together with Com&Co, they asked us to create a campaign that doesn’t shout “apply now”, but quietly sparks a thought: wait… this could be interesting.

Our approach

We gave the campaign a visual charge packed with momentum. A series of images that radiate energy and say one thing loud and clear: things are happening here and you could be part of it. No stiff poses, no corporate smiles. Just real people with drive, ambition, and a spark you can’t fake. The visuals rolled out across social channels, ads and the website, aimed at talent that wasn’t actively looking… but couldn’t help looking twice.

Our impact

With Medialife on board, Fluvius didn’t get a standard recruitment push, but a visual language that nudges your career awake. Fresh, relatable, and hard to ignore. The kind of campaign that doesn’t beg for attention, it earns it. Next level? Definitely. And exactly our kind of thing.
