A brand-new factory in Lommel. 500 job openings. And one clear mission: show the pride behind the glass. But not with dry, boring job ads. No, Ciner Glass asked us to take their employer branding up a notch. So we threw everything at it. This wasn’t about HR buzzwords. It was a campaign that made you want to jump in with both feet.

Our approach

We crafted ‘Flessengeluk’ (Bottle Bliss):  the feeling you get when you’re part of something beautiful and tangible. The stars of the show? Our ‘flesseniers’, the ones who’ll blow the glass every day. We shot six bold campaign videos in the “Lommelse Sahara,” filled with sun, sand and mind-blowing visuals. We also clicked a series of photos that scream: this is where you want to work. The content? Multi-purpose magic. From TikToks to buses, billboards, and everything in between.

Our impact

Together with Cartel Works, we didn’t just put the campaign online. We made sure it hit exactly where it needed to. The reactions? On point. The applications? Already rolling in. Ciner Glass now has more than just a recruitment campaign. They have a feeling. And Medialife? We’ve proven again that we breathe employer branding. We make it happen. Crystal clear.
